The Hippd concept was developed to ensure that local Inspectors, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Consumers could work together to provide a quality, service led, product in the local market. We provide a national framework to enable this solution.
Originally established by Inspectors involved early on with the development of HIP's and Home Condition Reports, and later key staff members, helping to develop the Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment for City and Guilds. Hippd has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of HIP's and Inspections.
Hippd has joined the Kinnell Holdings group of companies. The group has an insurance background specialising in defects insurance for the property market. This relationship has allowed us to develop a Hidden Defects Warranty for inclusion in our packs, exclusive to the Hippd Network. The Hidden defects warranty provides excellent consumer protection.
