Defect Warranty Inspections
This limited inspection allows us to provide a hidden defects warranty for your home. This policy provides an excellent level of protection from potential repair bills from Hidden property defects. This inspection is usually carried out at the same time as the EPC
HomeBuyers Report
We can provide a HomeBuyers report on request. This provides a subjective report on the property condition so far as it affects value. This report also includes a valuation.

We can provide valuations for mortgage purposes on request.
