Our Yorkshire based training centre, close to Leeds, is a fully accredited City and Guilds training and assessment centre.
We currently offer the following courses and services:
Diploma in Commercial Energy Assessment from £1850 +VAT
This training is suitable for both new entrant and experienced practitioners. The course has both on site training and distance learning elements. Our course has high quality distance learning material to cut down days required at the centre. Ideal for busy practitioners, and newcomers to the industry as you work at your own pace.
Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment
This training is suitable for both new entrant and experienced practitioners. The course has both on site training and distance learning elements, and provides an excellent career entry into the Surveying Industry.

We offer a training package suitable for either New Entrants or Experienced Practitioners. The course has both on site and distance learning elements dependent on your entry requirements.

Hippd Hidden Defects Training
A training package for Domestic Energy Assessors to deliver our Hidden structural defects warranty inspection. This course has been specifically designed to allow DEA's to carry out a limited defects inspection of a property.
The course provides direct credit towards our Diploma in
Home Inspection qualification.
